Datastream Processing Status on DQ Computer

This Web based utility provides daily datastream and DQ processing status information to the user.

The questions that can be answered at a glance with this utility include:

• Which datastreams does the Data Management Facility provide to the Data Quality Office?
• Which datastreams are delayed in delivery?
• For which datastreams does the Data Quality Office generate performance metrics and diagnostic plots?
• Is the Data Quality Office delayed in processing any datastreams?

The information on the web page is updated once per day at about hour 23 GMT.

The web page displays one table per ARM site. The first column, labeled "Datastream", is the list of datastreams provided to the data quality office. The second column, labeled "Data", displays the date of the data associated with the most recent file from that datastream. The date format is YYYYMMDD, where YYYY = four digit year, MM = two digit month of year, DD = two digit day of month. If the date of the data for that datastream matches the 'scanned' date, the table cell is colored green to indicate that the data is being delivered on-time. If the data is delayed in delivery to the Data Quality Office, the table cell is colored red. The third column, labeled "DQ metric", is the date of the most recent DQ HandS metrics file for that datastream. If the metric date (column three) does not match the data date (column two), then the DQ metric date table cell is colored red to indicate that DQ processing is not keeping up with data delivery. If the table cell is gray, then this indicates that the Data Quality Office does not provide a metric for this datastream. The fourth and last column, labeled "Plot", is computed the same way. The date of the last diagnostic plot is matched to the date of the data delivered. If they do not match, the cell is colored red to indicate that the diagnostic plots have not been generated on-time. If the table cell is gray, no diagnostic plots are available for this datastream. In any case, the date of the most recent file in each category is displayed in the appropriate table cell.
